JAC'S Five Layer Touchdown Dip
2 Tbsp Margarine
1 Can of Black or Regular Refried Beans
¼ Cup JAC'S Tailgater's Award Winning Salsa
½ Cup Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend
1 Pound Lean Ground Beef - Browned and Drained **
1 Pint Sour Cream
8 oz Container of Guacamole (Ready Made from Grocer's Freezer works great)
1 - 2 Cups of JAC'S Tailgater's Award Winning Salsa
2 - 3 Cups of Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend*
In a medium saucepan, melt margarine over medium high heat and add refried beans, salsa and cheese. Cook and stir until cheese is melted and beans are bubbly. Remove from heat. Spread Beans in the bottom of a shallow round dish then crumble ground beef** over beans. Set aside to cool for ten minutes then spoon sour cream over ground beef** then top with guacamole. Pour JAC'S Tailgater's Award Winning Salsa over guacamole (don't be shy - pour it on!) then finish off your desired amount of Mexican Cheese Blend*. Serve with your favorite chips or baked tortilla chips*** and more JAC'S Tailgater's Award Winning Salsa.
* Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend - Substitute any shredded cheese blend such as Colby and Monterey Jack if you desire.
** 1 Pound Lean Ground Beef - Boca Ground Beef Substitute (for the vegetarian tailgater), Ground Turkey or Ground Chicken may be used instead.
